- – 9th July 2020 News – Clinic to Reopen from Monday 13th July.
The government have now given the go ahead for clinics to reopen with ‘restrictions’. This means that we are able to reopen our doors on Monday 13th July and offer our usual treatments with the exception of Facial Treatment. As such if you are having facial treatment these appointments will have to be further postponed until this final restriction is lifted. We can though resume treatment of body areas so those of you with booked sessions can now attend as normal. Please read our clinic reopening pack and view our new client journey which will shortly be published on our website. During your appointment reminders you will receive a link to this information as well as a COVID-19 screening questionnaire which you will be required to fill prior to attending the clinic. Please help us to keep you safe at this time by following government guidelines and should you show any symptoms of illness please do not attend the clinic. We thank you for your support over the past few months and hope that you have all stayed safe and well during this time. It is our priority now to get all clients with cancelled appointments re-booked as soon as possible. If you can confirm a new booking as soon as possible this would help us greatly to get everyone re-booked and treatments underway. We look forward to seeing you soon.
During the Coronavirus outbreak we will be doing all we can to help protect our community and continue to provide out service to you.
We carry out strict cross infection measures in the clinic. We disinfect surfaces and equipment after every patient using solutions designed to destroy both viruses and bacteria.
On top of our strict routine procedures we have put additional procedures in place for the protection of our patients and staff. We have removed magazines and our information folders from the waiting rooms to aid additional cleaning of our communal areas.
Everyone, including patients, are asked to wash and sanitise their hands when they arrive at the clinic.
When our patients receive their routine courtesy reminder before their appointment they will be asked not to attend if they have any symptoms or are in close contact with anyone who is ill. There are posters at the entrance door also with this message. Staff are monitoring their temperature and are asked not attend if they or family members have even mild symptoms. Thus we aim to absolutely minimise the risk of the virus being brought into the clinic.
In the event of either you, as our patients or our clinicians becoming unwell, cancelled appointments will be rescheduled to an alternative suitable date.
If you have any concerns or are in a higher risk category (underlying cardiovascular disease, diabetes or respiratory disease or are over 70) please feel to call or email and we can rearrange appointments appropriately.
